This two bedroom villa is in a great location near to La Cala de Mijas. The villa has been renovated and furnished in a contemporary style in 2017 and is new to the rental market. It is an ideal property for smaller families or friends to enjoy the luxury of a private pool and garden without paying a premium for a larger villa.

The villa accommodation is on a lower floor and is self contained. There upper floor is occupied but there is a separate access and the pool and garden bar are exclusive to the ground floor.

The villa accommodation is on one level. There are two bedrooms , a master suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom and a twin room with 2 single beds. The living space is combined with a dining area, kitchen and seating area. The property has air-conditioning and Wi-FI throughout and tv channels provided through the smart tv. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, oven , fridge freezer , dishwasher, microwave , kettle and toaster. Crockery , pans , and cutlery are provided , there is also and iron and ironing board. There is also a washing machine to help pack lightly for your holiday.

The outside facilities include a terrace table and chairs for alfresco dining. The garden bar has a wet bar, bbq and lots of space to chill out in the shade. The pool area has sunbeds provided for your use and large garden areas to sunbathe or for children to play.

The area is known as El Faro (the lighthouse) and has a beach a few minutes drive away. We recommend a car but it is possible to walk to and from the beach for more energetic people. The nearest town is La Cala de Mijas very popular as it retains its village charm . You can find here trendy bars and restaurants mixed with old fashioned spanish shops and a lovely beach and boardwalk.
