This luxury holiday home in Balcones del Lago consist of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern open kitchen and a large terrace with private and fenced garden and two communal pools.

This spacious fully air conditioned apartment is built on one level, and has a direct access from all the rooms to the beautiful large, terrace and the private fenced garden where you will find a outside sofa with to arm chairs, a coffee table, a dinning table with 4 chairs and 2 sun beds.

In the entrance you will find the very spacious nice decorated living and dinning room with the open fully equipped kitchen with views to the sea from the the sofa.

The living room is equipped with a sofa, a Tv table and a smart TV which is connected to the high speed internet, so you have over 2.000 International TV channels in every Language, also you have access to a Netflix account.

The dinning room has a glass table with 4 chairs.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with Bosh appliances, Oven, induction plate, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Also there is a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter machine, toaster, Blender, Microwave and a kettle.

The high quality Boxspringbeds 180x200 take care of the perfect rest in your vacation, you will find them in each bedroom.

The master bedroom with many wardrobes and a bathroom en-suite with a bathtub with screen, Bidet, washbasin and toilet. The second bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.

We provide bedsheets, towels and beach towels, so your only have to bring your personal items to our holiday home in Balcones del Lago.

Also there is a small laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, iron and a iron board.

This holiday home also has a private parking space in the garage, which you have direct access to from the apartment.  

Guest access

The community is residential and very quiet it has 2 large swimming pools and a children's pool, all fenced. It is also surrounded by countryside, so it is ideal for long walks. In the communal pools there are no sun beds so in the apartment you will find 2 folding sun beds for the pool and / or beach and also beach towels.
