RULES:

  • Reservations will be made a minimum of 2 days in advance of the entry date.
  • Check-ins will be at 4:00 p.m. and check-outs at 9:00 a.m. at the latest.
  • Date reservation: by bank transfer, €500. We will keep the amount of this reservation as a deposit, and it will be fully returned by bank transfer on the day of departure.
  • Cancellations: they are not accepted. Once the €500 reservation has been transferred, it will no longer be returned in the event of cancellation of your reservation.
  • Payment for the stay: by bank transfer, which must be made at least 10 days in advance of the entry date. If this minimum period of 10 days is not respected, the reservation will be cancelled and the €500 will not be returned. Once payment for the stay has been made, the amount will not be refunded if you request the cancellation of your stay.
  • In the event of theft or damage to the home found on the day of departure, the necessary amount will be deducted from the deposit as compensation, and the owner may claim an amount greater than €500 if the deposit does not cover theft or damage.

CHARACTERISTICS:

The apartment has: living-dining room, a separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a terrace with stunning views. The terrace is very long and has two areas with different orientations, to be enjoyed at different times of the day. The waves of the sea can be clearly heard from the apartment, since it is located in the area of ​​the building closest to the beach.

The master bedroom has a 1.50 meter wide bed and the secondary bedroom has 2 beds, 0.90 meter wide.

Air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fan in the master bedroom. A parking space is included in the price, in the same building.

Gated community with 24-hour security, concierge during the day, 2 swimming pools (one for children) with lifeguard service, 2 paddle tennis courts, children's recreation area, beautiful gardens.

Direct access to the beach and spectacular promenade with 2 beautiful beach bars, very close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, children's areas, pharmacy, etc. All located a few meters from the center of Sabinillas town.

The apartment is next to the bridge that crosses the Manilva river and gives access to the Casares promenade and beach. Just across the bridge there is a tennis and paddle tennis club, with a grass tennis court. There are also beach bars in this area.

For golfers: La Duquesa Golf, Doña Julia Golf, Casares Golf, Finca Cortesín (5 minutes by car) and the 5 golf courses of Sotogrande (10 minutes by car).

In July and August: international polo tournaments in Sotogrande. Riding centers a few minutes from the urbanization.

Possibility of practicing all types of water sports: surfing, kite-surfing, diving, water skiing, jet skis, boat rental. Summer camps for children.
