Lovely, spacious two-bedroom apartment with stunning sea and mountain views. The apartment is located in the urbanisation, Altos de la Princesa Kristina, in Manilva, Malaga.

As you walk in through the main door, you step into a lovely entrance hall. Right across from the main door is the kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted. Whilst the kitchen is not open-plan, it has a lovely large hatchway that leads out to the dining area, so that you feel very much part of the living area. It is also really handy to pass food through to the dining area!

If you turn left in the hall, you come to an archway that opens up to a large living and dining room. This space is a nice size with high ceilings and an open fireplace. From here there are glass patio doors with aluminum blinds and Venetian shutters, leading out to a large terrace with spectacular sea and mountain views. This is the ideal spot for al fresco dining.

There are two large, double bedrooms - both are ensuite. I think that this is a really nice touch! Both bedrooms have large, lined, floor to ceiling cupboards. Both bedrooms also have a private terrace. The Master bedroom suite has double sinks in the ensuite bathroom. There is also a separate guest toilet and a good-sized cupboard near the entrance, ideal to hang coats or to use as extra storage space.

The apartment is built to top quality specifications with marble floors, fitted wardrobes, alarm system, air-conditioning, and heating throughout.

The urbanisation is well-maintained with lovely communal gardens and facilities including a communal pool, tennis and padel tennis courts. This apartment has great access to these facilities as it is directly opposite. The apartment comes with allocated parking in the communal area outside.

The location of this apartment is phenomenal. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away across a pedestrian footbridge. Cross over and you arrive at one of Manilva's blue flag beaches. You can also follow the promenade right down to El Castillo, Marina de la Duquesa, and all the way to Casares. There are so many cafés, bars, and restaurants to choose from and some of the best chiringuitos ( beach bars) are along this stretch of coast.

If you fancy going further afield, the sought after Sotogrande is a 10 minute drive away. Sotogrande is home to the prestigious La Reserva Beach Club, Valderrama Golf course, a beautiful Marina and one of the best International Schools in Spain. You are also very close to the whitewashed villages of Manilva and Casares, where you will get a feel of the real, traditional Spain. If you are after a shopping trip or some nightlife, Marbella and Puerto Banus are only 25 minutes away. There is so much to explore in this area - Sevilla, Malaga and Granada are just some examples of places you could visit on a day trip.
