Its 270º views are hardly equalizable. If we look to the left we will be surprised by the west coast and we will see Gibraltar and Ceuta. In the front, all the splendor of the natural park and the mountain. To our right we will enjoy the east coast to Mijas.
The cozy glazed living room becomes the perfect viewpoint where you can enjoy these wonderful views while reading a book and listening to music.
DISTRIBUTION: The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
The access to the main area has a door that gives privacy to the entire room. It consists of dressing room, fitted wardrobes and a bathroom divided into two areas. To the right of the corridor has a whirlpool bath and to the left we find a bathroom with shower. In the front a large bedroom with large windows and lots of light.
On the same floor there is a second large bedroom and in front of this room there is a bathroom. Going up some small stairs we find a multipurpose area, which may well be a third bedroom, an office, reading area, living room, etc. with fitted wardrobes.
The fourth bedroom has independent access, decorated in modern style, very bright, has fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom.
Through the cozy independent dining room you find the access to the rustic style kitchen in which an old pile divided into two areas stands out, a cooking area with gas fires and oven where you can prepare succulent dishes in a very comfortable way. It also has another separate service area with fridge, washing machine, scrubbing and another old pile with two bronze faucets.
EXTERIOR: The whole house is designed to live outside in all seasons of the year, so it has a large terrace that surrounds the house and in which we find multiple areas to rest and living and where you could enjoy wonderful lunches and dinners with friends or family. Breakfasts with the tranquility of the outside will make them become the best way to start our day. The infinity pool stands out from where the three different views are appreciated while we bathe.
It is worth to talk about the high qualities of construction such as tiling brought especially from Mexico, clay floors cooked with wooden details; and structural and decorative beam of old woods (obtained in different palaces).
