We present our vacation home in the Hacienda Cifuentes urbanization, Benahavís, very close to golf courses such as PG Golf & Sports Academy Atalaya, Villa Padierna Golf or Marbella Club Golf Resort.

The house has impressive panoramic views of the sea and Gibraltar and is only 10 minutes drive from Puerto Banús and 20 minutes from Marbella.

The house has its distribution on one floor and consists of a living-dining room, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace and parking space.

The dining room is made up of a triple sofa, coffee table and smart TV, the dining room has been equipped with a dining table for 6 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances such as refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. In addition there are all kinds of kitchenware such as cutlery, glassware, crockery and kitchenware.

The main bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the terrace is en suite, with a bathtub and double sink. The guest bedroom consists of 2 single beds. The second bathroom consists of sink and shower.

The spacious terrace consists of two areas, a chill out area with a sofa, two armchairs and a center table, and a dining area with an outdoor table and 6 chairs. From the terrace you can enjoy the community garden and the magnificent views.

In the house you can find Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bed linen and bath towels, so you don't have to worry about a thing.

The urbanization has 4 outdoor community pools, one of which is an infinity pool and is heated all year round.
