San Pedro Alcántara est situé à Vega de San Pedro Alcántara, dans une large bande côtière délimitée par un demi-cercle de collines brisées qui l'entourent. Est de la Sierra Blanca Marbella, avec son plus haut sommet Lastonar (1270 m) d'altitude. Plus au nord de la Sierra Real ou Real del Duque; La Sierra Palmitera après quoi les sommets de la Sierra de Las Nieves et Tolox Overlook. Ouest Monte Mayor, et enfin la fermeture de la ligne de montagne Sierra Bermeja.
