Parties are not allowed or play music or making noises at inappropriate volumes and the quiet hours to respect the neighbourhood is from 23.00-09.00. But for the relaxed guest that want to reserve this light and spacious newly renovated townhouse with open plan kitchen/living room in the heart of Nueva Andalucia golf valley, in the popular complex of Las Pergolas. The townhouse with its south-west orientation is on two floors with a terrace, frontline Aloha golf and wonderful open views of both mountains, golf and gardens. All of the bedrooms are of good size, two of them with double beds and last one with two single beds. There are 2 modern bathrooms with walk in- rain shower and one guest toilet. All furniture and appliances are modern, new and of high quality, and the apartment is fully fitted and equipped with everything needed for a holiday stay. It has a central air conditioning system and wifi as well as. Guests have full access to everything within the complex, a large communal pool and a nice tennis course. With shops, restaurants and other amenities only a few minutes walking distance away, and to get to the nearest beach, which is in Puerto Banus, there is a 5-6 minute drive. The apartment underwent a renovation summer 2022. Check-in or check-out between 22.00 - 09.00 has an additional fee of 100 euro.
